Construction Process

We want to make it simple for you to own and create an office you and your clients will enjoy for years. So, we have streamlined both the buying and design process into a few decisions you can make in just a few appointments – saving your business valuable time and money.

  1. Select the unit or units to fit your space needs.
  2. The start of construction or upon signing of puchase agreement, a down payment of 10% of the purchase price is due inclusive of the initial deposit.
  3. Once the building is framed, you will be invited to walk your office with the project manager.
  4. Approximately one week prior to closing, a final walk will be conducted.
  5. Closing documents are signed.
  6. We turn over the keys to a beautiful, brand new office you now own.
