- The start of construction or upon signing of puchase agreement, a down payment of 10% of the purchase price is due inclusive of the initial deposit.
- Once the building is framed, you will be invited to walk your office with the project manager.
- Approximately one week prior to closing, a final walk will be conducted.
- Closing documents are signed.
- We turn over the keys to a beautiful, brand new office you now own.
